Don Sanders has been on staff at Harvester Christian Church for the past 21 years, currently serving as Staff Development Pastor and Director of the Merold Institute of Ministry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bible & Preaching from St. Louis Christian College, a Master of Arts in Old Testament from Lincoln Christian Seminary, and a Master of Religious Education from Lincoln Christian University. He is currently completing a Doctor of Education degree at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Kathryn has three children, one of whom was adopted when she was one and a half.

Fighting sex trafficking is a passion of Heather Sparks. She has organized fund raisers, driven victims to church, given educational presentations to high school students, and gained connections and insights from local non-profit organizations. Heather is focused on tackling the issue through legislation, and has been an instrument of change at the state level. She is currently attending Saint Louis University School of Law to gain more opportunities to help trafficked victims and fight for change.

Stephanie is an organizational change agent, the founder of and principal consultant at Blind Spot Consulting, and a certified faith and health ambassador. She holds a master’s degree in higher education and a bachelor's degree in Spanish. Stephanie and her husband Marshall have two daughters.
